PR wont start up?

PR was running perfectly fine UNTILL i set up my new monitor. now i'm running dual screen with my new 20" LG Flatron 16:9 as the main screen (although i've moved everything on my desktop over to the other screen that way all icons are on my older screen while apps still open on my new screen.

anyone else ever have this problem? i have made no changes to settings other than plugging in my new monitor and setting the display to extend both monitors. other games still run fine, PR just wont start up. screen will go black as normal, wait a few seconds then back to desktop

edit: ok so i've figured out the problem, BF2 cant run dual screen, so if my settings are extend both screens then it wont work, i must set desktop to show on only one monitor. anyway i can get bf2 to run on only one monitor be keep my settings to be extend display to both? cause i wanna play pr, but i also like the way my desktop is setup now and dont want to have to rearrange everything every time i play

Have you tried running it in windowed mode, so that you'll get an error line when it crashes?

no error message, both screens go black after i launch for 2 seconds then it goes back to desk top no dog tags.

Weird suggestion, but move you BF2 folder from My Documents onto your desktop and restart PR...let me know what happens.

hmm, that didnt work either. i just checked, regular BF2 wont start up either.
