I was playing earlier as a civy and got captured by a US heavy MG guy
shouldnt civies have much greater speed wearing only clothe(no body armor) and sneakers and not having any guns.
was wondering if civies could be faster in PR
Actually, there have been photos released of insurgents using civilians as shields.Herbiie wrote:@ HellDuke - that's unrealistic, Insurgents regularly use civilians as "Shields" (Not Literally as a human shield, but as there are civvis there NATO troops won't be calling in some heavy support), so the NATO troops have to be careful.
I don't think it's necessary that we arrest them at all, really. They're unarmed collaborators, so if they get away it's not a gigantic loss. If you catch one of guard, that's a different story.Jay wrote:If the Collaborator could outrun the Coalition forces, there would be no way to arrest them at all, unless you start play Pacman with them (which is just dumb)
Except how fun it isCelestial1 wrote: I don't think it's necessary that we arrest them at all, really. They're unarmed collaborators, so if they get away it's not a gigantic loss. If you catch one of guard, that's a different story.
(Though, I agree that it's more likely for a soldier to outrun that civi/collaborator than vice versa.)
Increasing print rate will not help it though. Even it may increase the death rate because people think that there will be small chance to get them.dtacs wrote:But the problem these days isn't getting captured, its getting shot. .
Wanting to run like heck and being able to run like heck are two different things.Phantom2 wrote:Maybe at least just a longer sprint. I'm pretty sure as a civi in an actual war, you'd run like heck.
yes because the pavements on Fallujah, road barriers, fences etc. are completely impassable to modern soldiers....Sniper77shot wrote:The soldiers shouldn't be able to jump so high, I mean come on they were like 30 kg of equipment.
