HP M9765 REFURBISHED Desktop PC. Cheap HP home and office computers from PC World.
that will run alot of things on high but if you can afford to go over by about £130
then get this Alienware Aurora AURA / 0741 Desktop PC. Cheap Alienware home and office computers from PC World.
my knowledge of pc world goes no further

Hey Macho.

It depends what you're REALLY after but your budget is good.

PCSPECIALIST.CO.UK - Custom PCs, Custom Computers, Custom PC, Desktop PC, Custom Built Computers, Gaming PC

The prices are reasonable (not cheap) and everything is branded and everything is customisable too.

For cheapness and no real choice in the brand of graphics card or sound card go to

Should the price include:
- Assembly (do you want it to be assembled for you, or do you want to do it yourself?)
- Monitor, mouse, all that kind of stuff?
- Shipping costs?

Do you got a specific case you'd like to have?
Do you got a preferred hard drive size?
Do you want your system to be really silence?
Do you want to overclock?

Answering those questions would make it a hell of a lot easier to put a PC for you together. ;)

Well, I was able to get a prebuilt i7 computer with 9 gigs of ram and a GTX 260 with 1.8 discrete memory, 1TB drive and a 23" 1080p monitor for just over the equivalent of £1100

Personally I'd go for an i7 as well, and an nVidia, but there's not much difference between the nVidia and ATi cards, it just really comes down to preference.
