Please Help "system.io.filenotfoundexception"

i installed bf2 , 1.41 then 1.5, installed core then levels, along with the 13 MB update.

is Windows Sp3 mandatory..?

Error message does not thell which file cannot be found, so it's a bit hard to guess without knowing internal lifre of pr.exe. All I know it requires .net framework components to be present on the system. I'm not sure about the version, but .net 3.5 is mentioned on the forums, IIRC.
