Really I am just displeased.

I've been vote kicked twice now, and to be honest, those where quite unfair as I wasn't really told why.



First votekick -ONLY- reason:
"I told you not to go to the lake"

Apparently the reason was because I flew a helicopter in front of some guys who where taking pictures, but I had no idea they where. I thought they where trying to shoot someone, but my menu popped up all of a sudden and I return to be in the process of a vote-kick.


Second votekick
"gtfo here"

I was exploring the Qiling* map in a Supply truck (I just wanted to see what was around the place) and I run into some team mates running about.

The only message was 'gtfo here', but I wasn't told why. I had been driving around and stopped nearby to take a quick bite or two from my food, and just...

Are people on the Qiling training servers complete [Insert insult of preferred choice here] or what?

I was hoping to get some training done so I could play on the regular servers again, but...

Just what.

I'm sorry for this rant if this violates some common rule but I felt the need to post my quick experience here.

(By the way, I fixed my punkbuster problem. I ran PR as Admin, deleted my PB folder and updated BF2 with the Updater, and this fixed it. -Vista)



Too Long/Didn't read: Returned to PR and was votekicked because I accidentally, without getting a more better warning of people taking pictures, flew in the way of some people taking pictures, and randomnly kicked again for no reason at all.



Short-rant over.
I don't like the big training servers because I tend to get shot down all the time, you see.
I think Kashan is like, a 'Must shoot all the flying flies' and Qiling is like 'Votekick mania' as I see alot of vote kicks.

training servers are the *** hole of the PR community. use local. IIRC its being overhauled for .9

evuuul admins. Pelitutka.fi server with the [FIN] prefix has corrupt admins also XD

I thought they kicked without votes.

crate local then choosing training server, can practice flying and weapons on your own without people shooting you.

ok, being that i should be more mature by now, I'm going to fess up and apoligize.

I was in there helping a clan that was filming for a video. I asked you not to go near the lake becase thats where they were shooting. I didn't tell you exactly what they were doing because everyone is always asking "Oh, hey, can I be in your video?", and I figured there was enough real estate on that map that you could do whatever you needed someplace else.

I'm sorry that I voted with them, and I'm sorry that your first experence with PR wasn't that great. But your experence wasn't unique. They continued voting untill everyone else was gone. After it was done, I said to them "You do realize that [clans name] just earned a reputation for being a**holes?". The social aspect of training that you were looking for doesn't exist in most servers.

I do feel bad about, and I've decided that I really shouldn't be hanging around with them anymore. They should have been in their own server to film, not in some random public server.
