Training servers glitching up?

Me and my clan joined about 4 empty training servers, each time we got a squad bug and then the server glitched with a bug we had on our old 101st server; were you had unlimited ammo and grenades but bullets don't hurt people and grenades don't blow up, you can't go prone or jump and we couldn't figure out why it was happening.

We ended up having to use Hamachi.

Any thing we did wrong?

We went in, waited for the round to start, tried to make a squad and it didn't work. On 4 servers in a row!
