I searched the forums and couldnt find this..so
when the squad lead drops the rally, have him have to go pick it back up to place a new one. If it gets destroyed he can get re-armed for a new one. just an idea me and my clan thought of?

Hmm interesting. That would force. The player to fall back, and then move to a new location.
You mean pickup with G right?
I dont know what to make of it, sounds to me overcomplicated, not to make, but the gameplay.

Re: Rally's
I'm thinking one of the squad members could possibly go get it so the rest of the squad could stay on the front lines and like give it back to the squad leader like some sort of rally ammo bag. I do think it is unrealistic that a SL could carry around a limitless amount of rallys. Perhaps an apc or supply crate could resupply the SL with a new rally. It would really slow the gameplay down i think.

Re: Rally's
There was extensive discussion on rally points during the beta.
The DEVs decided what to do with rallies in 0.9, and that was to improve firebases (they can be built closer together and more of them, and only with one crate now, two for AA/etc) and have rallies disappear after 60 seconds, needing to be reloaded at a FOB.
Resuggestion. (Not in this forum though, in the beta forum..)

It will be changes in 0.9 dont know if they will use the system that TG has. For the second RP Are not really a fortified position neither is it a physical thing the rugsacks is Just There for the enemy to know where the rally point.
And ithink rallypoints Are nearly gone in 0.9 that may come this month.

I found this sentence quite funny and since this is a war game forum I will put it here. No offense to the french just a good laugh.
"Going to war without France is like going deer hunting without an accordion. All you do is leave behind a lot of noisy baggage."

Re: Rally's
.9 is coming with lots of rally point changes. They will make this suggestion irrelevant.
