Desert but not barren desert, the more like Iraq the better. Mainly because its the current map Im working on ;)

Woodland are great too as they have a lot of aerial cover and the dense vegetation is just great natural cover.

The best fights I've ever had on PR were on Korengal, near that built up river area on the banks.

The trees and bushes there make for some awesome fun ambushing with AKs, and if you are US, some awesome gems can be found, usually a cache along the way.

I'd have to say jungle, long live OGT. The devs are making a horrible decision removing it. Just needs its old flag caps added back. Sneaking around and getting behind people, knifing and taking out firebases is bloody good fun.

After that would be Urban, Fallujah urban not horrible outdated Basrah urban (except Basrah got the little wall jumping bits right)

Woodlands but I must admit it suits a lonewolf personality. Not so much "l33t sniper" but more like careful ambushes and taking out entire squads with point-blank grenades and full auto.

desert, because it weakens lonewolfs due to the lack of places to hide.

I love forest, it reminds me of bushtracking around in NZ... with guns. I would like jungle but their current examples in 0.87 aren't very good. I don't really like desert, not sure why actually. Probably because of the lack of cover.

URBAN! Who actually knows how to do MOUT (Military Operations in Urban Terrain)? Urban can be very simple if people knew how to clear a town.

I dont really like desert either, might be cos we dont really have any in NZ? :-)

I do like Al Basrah though despite the desert, but my favorite map is Korengal, love the atmosphere! 8)

And the whole sitting in an outpost while the Taliban try and sneak up on it, and others are firing at it from across the valley. :firing:

Although the voices arent real........ :? ??:
