Simple question about PR 0.9

Will the download of PR 0.9 be just to patch the 0.87 version or will it be like that you download the complete client and levels. because i dont wanna bother download 0.87 now,if the 0.9 is coming soon.

it will be full release, there wont be any patch, the size is ~3,5Gb
