Signed up as SL for [5th-MRB].

It seems the commander slot has become vacant again for the US team. Is there someone here keen on commanding?

Guys come on, we need more Insurgents to crush the attacking Infidels and defend our beautiful (cough cough) city!

I was running 1.1.8 mumble Ok with 0.5 installed but make sure you get it set up well before the night as I had to arse about with bloom and other odd stuff.

Why don't you guys on tenth just use the mumble 0.5PR version, I see it as vital that the maximum amount of PR players use the same VOIP, especially after all the work getting mumble sorted out for PR, plus the cheat potential in 1.1.8 and 1.2.1 is huge....

the event is over.

pro:
-in my opinion, the "skill of the players" was above the average compared to other pr-events
-the preorganisation was good
-got some very awsome firefights

negativ:
-some guys in mumble had just spoken in german all the time. i think it's a bit disrespectful for the non german players.
-the usmc got no real commander at the beginning of the round. some sqls and me were a bit disorientated what to do.
-there were no mumble channels for sqls like in the pr mumble, which wasn't the best way.
--> a lot of people were just talking global (which is anoying).

all in all it was a good night, but it could be much better, if the commander question is answered BEFORE the round beginns AND the sqls got their own MUMBLE channels like on PRMumble.

edit: thats just my opinion. i don't want to blame anyone in any way.

In the end, the imperialistic threat overwhelmed us. But next time, there will be revenge!
Thanks to all that stayed to the end, see you next time!

It was a nice attempt but please work on your own community that it talks English in these events. Its not very nice to international players to come in a mumble room with german talking players.

Didnt have that much fun because of the game and where I got placed but that has more to do with the game than the event itself. Last few minutes where epic because of Helltrouphys fooling around :P
