Tricks of the Trade, Internet connection

I need help getting a connection on my computer so i can return to PR before .90 comes out.

Heres what i have.

2 wireless modems.

1 DSL modem called the "Broadband Blaster"

I have all the cords for these connections and all the phone cords as well.

I do not have a subscription to any internet companys, will this be a problem ? Is there any way around this.

Please help

Simple answer is, yes not having an Internet Service Provide is a HUGE problem. You need one of those to have internet access.

Yes, not having a subscription to any internet service provider (ISP) will mean that you cannot get any internet. You will need to purchase an internet package, which will almost certainly come with some sort of modem/router that should be easy to sort out.

You may find this useful.

As far as I can tell your steps are:

1. Buy an internet subscription package from the ISP of your choice (no way around this I'm afraid, nothing in this life for free and all that)

2. Connect the router/modem they supply you with or use your own (since you don't seem to have too much experience with this stuff I'd go with the first option if possible)

3. Set up your internet connection, following some sort of guide that will inevitably be provided with your subscription

4. Play 0.9! Because I imagine by the time all that is done, it will have been released!
