PR Server Queries

Hello, I'm Unit3d_Kill3r AKA Luke from [UK] United Killerz and I have been sent out on a little scout.

So, here it goes...

We currently have a Ranked BF2 server for standard BF2 from Multiplay (I believe), However, along side this we would also like a PR server. Problem is, I can't find a actually pre-loaded host? Do I just need to get a normal BF2 Un-Ranked server and add the files or is there actually a host which has a server pre-loaded?

I've gone to examine Alpha Networks, but there is some fundamental customer service lacking in their website and interface.

I went to purchase a PR server, but it asks for a Host Name and RCON password, which would imply that I have a dedicated server waiting for the install ... I was under the impression that the game server purchase itself was supposed to include this set up, so I am at a loss.

Any one here successfully navigated their way to owning a PR server vis a vis their website? Please post your notes here, if so.
