Help for a friend

My friend recently installed pr and is now receiving this error upon start up.

staticMexh.fx(2) error X1507: failed to open source file: mods/xpack/shaders/datatypes

He tried searching for the problem but has found no luck.

Any help appreciated.

Have him rerun the
FULL update 1.41
then the
Final v1.5 update.
