(question) resturn to combatezone

hello,
i hope this is not a silly noob mistake but yesterday i was on karbala map in a two man squad. at different points, not on the eage of the map but in the middle, i suddenly get the banner "return to combat zone". this happend several times, twice i managed to get back and once i actualy died, eventough i think i managed to get back to an position i was on bevor the banner apeared. am i just running into a stupid mistake of mine or is that an actual bug? i tried to find an answer in the manual but as far as i could see this isnt scripted there.
hope anyone here can help me out.
