Okay basically, I've tried downloading the new files in preparation for Friday's official release.
Except I can't download it, it's trying to download from Limewire, but I've not got limewire, so I chose firefox, but it downloads a small file and doesn't download :s
any help?

You just need to get a 'Torrent' download client. Check out:
Bit torrent
Once you have a Torrent client installed all you need to do is double click (or open) on the pr down load to start the Torrent.
Typically a small window opens showing the trackers associated with the Torrent download. Just click OK and the download should show in your Torrent window. Download should start in 10 to 20 sec.
