I don't die as BluFor very often, much less than I die as a Collaborator. If I wait for revive I'm fairly certain that time is included in the 'punishment' time. So if I get a 5 minute punishment, wait 5 for a revive and don't get revived then I spawn instantly.

The BluFor penalties are still a joke. See my sig for a more appropriate way to handle civilians/collaborators in a way that the developers say they want to have them work. No more human shields, no more eager civi killers.

Well, this is fair. Whether or not you care about the spawn times, while you're waiting to respawn, I'll have already spawned and be running around already so it makes me feel better at least.

I was kind of hoping they would give the cell phone a better use in 0.9 and allow spotting like the new SL Radio.

That would actually be a great idea. Though it doesn't say they did not do that in the changelog that was posted.

Suggest it when the suggestions forum opens if it isn't in 0.9
