i tried to open the part 1 of 2 installer as administrator and it says THE FILES ARE CORRPUTED! so wtf happened and how can i get the damn installer working i want to play and i want to play NOW!

when the files are corrupted, they are useless. download again

You aren't the only one with this problem :S
Is there a way to just download the corrupted files again rather than all of them ?

*UPDATE*

If you have had this problem with a Torrent Download here is a fix:
-Stop the Torrent on the Downloader
-Right Click on the Selected Torrent and click "Force Re-Check"
-This will check the file for Corruption, and redownload these files
