PR.EXE has stopped working

Running Vista 64 bit I keep crashing upon startup. I receive an error stating that PR.EXE has stopped working.

Everything was working fine until I installed the version 9 setup.

HELP PLEASE!!!

Run this program as an administrator, Right click the 'Project Reality 0909.exe' and goto 'Run as Administrator'. Then launch it.
