PR v0.909 start problem

Ok i'll get right to the bug,

when i start the game (with pr.exe) then go to options and then click back i get this screen saying i have to start the game from pr.exe and not bf2.exe /modpath etc.

Anyone else noticed this?? Any way to fix it maybe?
