[0909] Spawn death?

Was on the NwA server, playing Dragon fly as the miltia, and I tried spawning on the bottom right spawn at the beginning, and kept dying....?

I've also suffered a huge drop in FPS, despite having 2gb ram, and a perfectly fine CPU/GPU.

Is that specifically on Dragonfly or on other maps too? Exactly what system are you running? And has the spawn problem affected anyone else or anyone else on the server?

Change kits before spawning, ie if your spawning as SL switch to a rifleman or some other kit, probably a non-limited one.

I had the same thing happen to me today on Lashkar Valley while playing as Taliban...and it occured at first spawn (with the AK74 selected)

This has happened to me too. I selected the Warrior kit, and it killed me on spawn 3 times.
Also, on the Gaza strip, the H4 spawn point ( i think) does not work, and takes me back to main base

Also had this problem as Taliban with the Warrior/default-selected kit. Changing kit makes it go away.

Others in-game have also suffered and may not post here.

I had this problem at Fallujah. I died twice - immediately after spawn at main base, (my selected kit was insurget no. 2), but when I spawned at cache it was ok.

I had this happen too, it was just a qiuck swap of kits after dieing first time that fixed it, but frustrating none the less. I had normal rifleman selected on lashkar as GB.

Spawn with rifleman and request kits to avoid dying.

This bug has been around for a while.

Multiple spawn deaths with regular rifleman & warrior kits here too. Happens usually at the first spawn of the round.

Its never been around for me before i always used to select the normal unlimited rifleman kits unless at the start, happened to me a few times today when trying to take warrior/rifleman kits. Choosing scout or specialist seemed to work for me until i got to a crate.

Happened 3 times in Gaza playing Hamas, I selected the AK rifleman and spawned then died. Then, a weird thing happened, I changed to M16 rifleman I succeeded in spawning but with an AK ^^.

Specialist, medic and other went fine only simple rifleman (only in this map though and with Hamas).

I experienced it happening to lots of people including me (actually kinda funny situation) twice now. It happened on Gaza and Lashkar Valley. I think it should be interesting to know, that both times it was the third kit from above that was chosen (default choose) and it was only at the beginning of a round. After choosing another kit it was no problem at all to get that 3rd kit.

Malchuth - I think you are right. I had the same issue with third kit down at start of round - happened on Gaza, Dragonfly and Iron Ridge. Not had this before.

same here, random spawn deaths while non limited kits selected.

Strange, because I played it last night. And spawn with a non-limited kit in the same place, but walked away fine
