PR 0.9 damn grass...

Ok so i have this problem here. PR 0.9 makes my computer lag so much that i cant play it , i think the problem is because of the grass and its draw distance.. when the grass draw distance wasnt so great i could ran the game on every map about 40-50 fps... And when the pr 0.9 my fps in maps where is lots of grass , my fps is 10-15 so is there a tweak or something to reduce that draw distance or is there coming a patch that maybe could do something about it ? cuz otherwise i cant play about 60% of pr maps

You sure can. Reduce your 'view' distance or consider lowering other settings = textures/lighting/shadows etc.

Check out BF2 tweak guides. They have screen shots of each setting so you can see how it looks.

Well I putted everything to low but view distance was 100. nothing changed still same problem. and then i putted view distance about 70 , then it helped little but not enough, and there wasnt much help at tweak guides. So i guess i gotta put view distance to minimum or to buy new computer.... anyway thanks..

There is no reason to buy a new machine for a game that worked yesterday. There are obviously some issues that need to be resolved, and God willing, they will be.

Otherwise, you may receive the same condescending remarks from the snooty and technologically-endowed; urging you to lower your settings or gut your machine. These are not REAL people like you or myself, I can assure you.

tried everything on low i mean all low and didnt help. there is something buggy about the grass :/
