Mumble for .9

So in the manual it says that it will prompt me to install mumble... no such thing happened. So I thought that maybe it did install and I missed it... but I can't find a single mumble file except for a console .txt file leftover from the old version.

So my question is: can I install mumble separately? Is it the same version as before? Am I retarded? :(
