CTD when server loads to 100%

Every time I deploy to a server, it loads to 100% and then CTD. And when that doesn't happen I get kicked in game by punkbuster. I've updated punkbuster and still no difference.

System Specs:
Windows XP Professional
EVGA Geforce GTS 250 512mb
AMD Athlon X2 7850 Black Edition 3.0Ghz
ECS GF8200A MOBO

Had no problems with previous versions of PR

PS: It just crashed on me after I disconnected from a SP match.
