.9 Won't run on my system

Good day all,

I am having an issue getting PR .9 to run on my box. The logo box appears in the center of my screen and instantaneously Vista 64 throws up an error that PR has stopped running.

As the Web site stated you did not have to uninstall previous versions before running the install for .9, I just ran the executable without uninstalling .87. It did not remove .87 from my system after the install was complete. As a diagnostic measure I went to the Control Panel and removed all the multiplayer versions, .87 and .9, leaving the .87 SP version intact. Rebooted and ran the .9 install again, no change.

BF2 runs fine, as did .87 up until last evening. My hardware should be more than sufficient, quad core 2.87, plenty of HD space, 6 GB ram, NVIDEA GTX 295 video card.

I am open to any suggestions anyone has to offer, and thank you in advance for your assistance.

Fixed, needed to "Run it as Administrator." duh
