Your connection to the server has been lost

Post by Kieran »

Not much to say really, i've tried to join several servers now, some are great and actually allow me to play, others load up fully, allow me to press deploy but then close giving me the message: "Your connection to the server has been lost"

I really doubt it's my internet causing this seeing as i was always able to play PR perfectly untill the new release today, anyone else having the same issue, or perhaps you even know what may be causing this?

Thanks in advance.

Check Punkbuster B is set to auto re-start.

Select Punkbuster B, right click, select properties, select the recovery tab and make sure they all say "Restart the service" for all three dropdowns. You can do the same for PB A, but generally speaking, it's the B client that stops responding. Any time you update PB, you may need to re-do this step.

You assess the console in game. Hit the ~ key to open it. The console will drop down.
