[0909] Iron Ridge: Chemical Plant flag glitch

While playing Iron Ridge, we noticed that you could glitch into the train car by climbing the ladder. Such areas likely exist on other areas of the map with train cars.

PM dev for these and remove the images, its glitch that can be abused a lot.
