Probably said a hundred times before but could you lower the distance markers are placed at for the "good guys"?
We were playing Iron Ridge Insurgency yesterday and there were 2 cache markers in the B4 area.
Within a 140 meters of those markers there are hundreds of rooms, and I mean literally hundreds of rooms.
Each building has at least... 20 rooms you need to check completely and there are over 30? buildings in that city.
50 meters for a marker should be more then enough to give the insurgents a chance of defending the cache, especially with the new Rally system which ensures a non constant stream of attackers.

Re: Insurgency cache markers
This is a valid point, but I cannot agree with it to be implemented on a wider scale because, what happens when its in the middle of no where?
What I can suggest is to try and observe movments and figure out where they are coming from and going. I know that dosnt work well, but its all that can say

I've noticed the same. Iron Ridge is just pure impossibility for Russians.

Re: Insurgency cache markers
The insurgent side is almost always at a huge disadvantage. I prefer the standard insugrnecy over taliban/militia/hamas. Although what do the INS get? NOTHING. No armored vehicles, no body armor, their weapons are horrible. 150 meters is VERY close. If you can't find it then that is your problem. Either do some recon, or keep searching. The INS cant spawn at caches for a long time. So once you clear out most of them they wont be able to get back for a while.
Iron ridge is a VERY long map. I think they need to reduce the number of russian tickets. We played for hours and hours, and the russians still had well over 100 tickets after they got the last cache.
EDIT: Everytime I have played iron Ridge, the russians won.
