whenever start up pr .9 its just says pr exe not working. so i restarted and it still didnt work. then i uninstalled everything and reinstalled and restart and it does the same thing.
yes i know thats a mouth full (thats what she said) but any solutions?

that would be silly but did you tried to open it by "run as administrator"?
