PR v0.9 - Does not Load - Win7

Just downloaded the latest PR. And installed.

Now when I go to load it up. The PR logo comes up, as does the BF2 one after. The screen then goes black but goes back to desktop.
I tried this with BF2 as well and I had the same problem, but that was working for me last time I went on it a few days ago.

Im not actually sure if I have the patches, I got 1.5 downloading now, but cant find a torrent for 1.41.

But, BF2 was actually working a few days ago, so I cant see how Ive gone backwards since then. Also, would I have the patches auto-downloaded from Bf2?
