I luv the new melee overhaul. Especially the bayonet on the M16A4 :D

Pretty much everything! With the new deviation system, assault rifles actually feel useful. I've only played 3 maps so far, Iron Ridge - was fun defending the Chemical Weapons plant against countless waves of Militia. Operation Archer, I was a sniper defending the airfield against countless waves of Canadians. I think they lost like 6 Chinooks because of how well defended our caches were. We also called in some mortars against the Canadians, which are actually more useful. And last but not least, Korengal Valley. The new US Main is brilliant, built for defenders. Some fun mountain climbing, cave dwelling gameplay. I think I saw a landslide once or twice. My squad got wiped out trying to attack the castle in the SW corner of the map, and I was the only one left. I took on the entire Taliban and pretty much wiped them all out using my trusty M4 Bayonet, which has awesome animations. Destroyed their outpost, and took out the cache once my squad re spawned and returned to save me.

Shotguns: Awesome in CQB. Got so many AK-spamming Hamas with this as a specialist on Gaza beach.

Yes, absolutely.
Was gonna put that down, but I forgot.

I especially love the one with the US squad in the desert all waiting as a Chinook lands behind them and sends dust everywhere. Reminded me of Kashan Desert, without the chinook, though. :wink:

The picture of the convoy of Merkava tanks crossing the desert is very nice too. 8)

something i missed. The vehicle only game mod. It was so much fun to fight more then 5 vs 5 tanks on muttrah!

Well over the weekend we played PR .9 for around 26hrs you were bound to get a few people up in that time! Best lan weekend I have ever had!

How exactly is that variation in ironsights supposed to work? So I can now have a Rifleman kit with M4 w/o Reflex/Acog (example)? How can I get it? I thought it'd be the button you change your unlocks in vBF2 with but that apparently isn't the thing :o

hmmmm....
1) New deviation sistem !!
2) love the standby stance and the new kit geoms(especially US Army, dunno why :neutral :)
3) Being able to choose between optics and iron sight ( in v0.87 most weapons had optics, and me being an iron sight lover.... you get the ideea )
Side note: I find iron sight more efficient obviously on short range and at suppression(faster zomming+movement speed and smaller deviation). And if you have high antialiasing and draw distance, you can actualy kill something at great distances.
4) Kits last for 5 minutes
5) Deployable marksman/sniper
6) the new and improved Arty, Mortar and JDAM

etc. :D
and another Side Note: I tought there was going to be a new hummve model :confused: ?! Got delayed? what do you guys know about it?(hope it didn't get canceled)
