This is a little unfair. I was just kicked from a server for having a high ping average of 240, which I consider to be relatively low.
People should be kicked on an individual basis. Contrary to popular belief, having a higher ping (200-350) doesn't actually mean someone is lagging the whole server. Problems can arise if a person has a terrible connection, however, which can happen at just about any ping.
Also, Project Reality isn't CS: Source. Having a ping between 200-350ms is fine. There isn't a populated server in my browser that is less than 200 ping (on some days there isn't one under 300, I blame this on a lack of West Coast servers)
Anyway, just wanted to get that out there. I just played a two hour game that I was really excelling in and got booted for that stupid reason. Gah...
