then i tryed to uninstall all project reality core and level packs from my pc and try to install 0.9 again but still nothing happends

PR 0.9 Installer crash
so i finaly downloaded both the project reality installers but when i want to run the installer nothing happends. and when i try to run the installer as admin i see the loading mouse icon but nothing happends.
then i tryed to uninstall all project reality core and level packs from my pc and try to install 0.9 again but still nothing happends
plz help me
