[0909] Merkava driver view switch and 50cal ammo box

Fire button is used for driver camera instead of F key used in other tanks

.50 ammo box blocks driver camera sometimes

either of these things an issue?

And it's weak! I've seen one bomb car kill both of them at once, a 65 ton tanks...
