[0909] Gaza -Cache spawning in strange place

Description:
Cache spawning in the sea.

Steps to Reproduce:
Have the cache randomly spawn there.

You know, that might be the marker placed 100m south from the cache... so the cache was in C8

Known bug. Marker wraps around the map edge, but the cache is actually at the same area on the other side of the map (C8/D8 area in this case).
