Yes, i think it would be cool if the collaborator was able to pass on some information to the coalition troops in exchange for not being arrested
But i want to bet that its hardcoded in some way

it would need to be a 3rd faction in a map and you can only have one maybe an idea for PR2 but not able in PR1 engine

it wouldn't need another faction, give the collaborator an "Intelligence Object" that they can drop and if a BluFor picks it up, the collabotor is not allowed to be arrested for a certain amount of time. (It would be outside the ROE to arrest em then)
