PR v0.9 and v0.8 skip when I deploy

Alright,well when i start up pr .8 or .9 everything works fine but once i try to deploy on a server it skips like a scrached video game and i hav tryed some soulutions like uninable the eax thing and lowering my graphics as well uninstall,reinstall and if any one who is good with cpus and games plz i need ur help u can email me at [email protected]

i am assuming you are talking about some performance issues
post your specs plz

when ingame open console and type "renderer.drawfps 1" in the top left corner you will see frames rates
what are the average of the numbers and does the number get updated when stuttering happens

also: are you maybe talking about rubber banding (effect where the fps stay stable but you have to go around corners multiple times) this is a connection problem
make sure you and others (roommates?) are not producing heavy traffic i.e. downloading

are you getting any warnings/error messages?
