Be able to look around as APC/TANK passengers?

I don't know why we can't anymore... some kindof a performance issue or something maybe? but yea its really a pain to not be able to look around as a passenger, I feel trapped! =( not to mention when trying to decide if you should get out (without getting shot) its nice to be able to look around to check if there's any bad guys waiting around to kill the hell out of you haha
