flickering black spots on the ground/Fixed

i have some prblems with flickerig spots on the ground and cantfigure out whats the problem, any suggestions?

Grafic card/drivers issue can be fixed by playing with the setting worked for me :wink:

In my case i use an ATI HD4850 512mb, i use my own setting with ATI Tray Tools(an alternative to CCC)
I want German Forces (Bundeswehr) in PR :mrgreen:
