Game crashing on vBF2 AND Pr

I've been reading and searching all the relevant threads on the forums, but I honestly have no idea whats going on with vBF2 and PR.

I successfully installed PR after much file corruption and poor download speed, I have vBF2 updated from 1.41 to 1.5 in that order. I am running both in Administrator mode.

The problem is, both PR and vBF2 will load maps and join servers successfully, but immediatly after I press the ""squad selection" button (or minutes afterwards) the game will exit to desktop without an error message.

I'm not a computer person by a longshot, please help me.

run bf2/pr in windowed mode to get an error message

Friend have same problem.

Install/re-install game should works.
