since there are fixed spawntimes on vehicles and area attacks, it is ingame possible to estimate the reappearance of those on the battlefield.
strategy can be chosen according to this times.
would be more realistic to have a timewindow of lets say +/- half the current spawntime, so enemy reinforcement isnt expectable same as u cant IRL.
for example a tank gets destroyed, it will respawn in not 20 but something between 10 and 30 minutes.

sry if suggested already, didnt saw it in the list.

It's already been suggested (by me) internally. It did look like a good idea to be implemented but the suggestion was made during 0.9 testing so it had no chance of getting in. I will bring this forward again once we are done with the bugfix release.

I was thinking about that some time ago...

There should be more randomness involved, now its all to timed, chopper needs 30sec, other thing needs 15 min, that needs 5min etc etc...more variation the better.

I doubt if possible but that could be also made for deviation, only slight change tho...
