Seriously I want to help PR but not financially(not that I don't want to help financially but because I don't have too much extra money), of course if i win the lottery I will donate couple of hundreds of dollars , no really how can I help PR, I don't have coding experience except HTML???!???If there is anyway to help you then tell me (not financially except, if I win lottery )???

What you could also do and never hurts, is to help increase the playerbase. Advertise PR amongst your friends, or put a gentle link in your sig on other forums, etc?
