The tank doesn't respawns. im not sure if scimitar respawns too, it respawned on 0.874

I think this can be done server side (like tank respawn fix for vehicle warfare mode). So question(s) still stays.

IMO, this is a good thing. The Scimitar is an armoured reconnaissance vehicle. It shouldn't be in the line of fire, especially not on terrain like Basrah where there are so many open fields.

APCs are for assaulting, scimitar is for recon.

I would rather see that the APC is used for transport and supporting the infantry, not assaulting like a light tank.
