[0909] 7/6 squad in yamalia

i think that this maybe old bug,vanilla bug or something but it was very weird.
i was playing yamalia and our squad was on flag.
i saw that squad alpha has 7/6 players...
i dont know is this related to next what happened.
in map i saw one blue friendly marker on a field.
my teammate start to shoot him.
i said to him that theres friedly,dont shoot.
i scoped to check are those friedlys or not.
there was two guys.
so,one marker on map but two was walking there.
and when i scoped that other guy,i saw friendly name on it,but the other guy didnt have friendly name on when scoped.
i asked again are those friedlys or what!!??
then my squadmember jump in the car and try to drive over them.(stupid move)

It happened over on Silent Eagle too, squad mate saw 7/6 in squad while the rest of us did not see it. "Number 7" was found on the other teams roster. The information and position of "Number 7" could at all times be seen on the map by this "chosen" squadmember, wich undeniably worked to our advantage.

We as a squad ofcourse had to exploit this, when we got the information that "#7" is rolling our way with a tank. And also inside the village when we got notion of "#7" being inside one of the yards. Kind of hard to ignore and play fair when you know he´s there.

I havent seen or heard about this bug more than that single time, and ofcourse now in your post. So it seems to rarely occur.

Might be worth looking into.

Edit/ Might add that i got a feeling the server was a bit unstable right before this happened, with many players CTD'ing(, me among them, but logging back in). I cant remember the name of the server.

It's a BF2 bug, not PR related. It's even possible to get 8 players in a squad. No idea why this happens, but there's nothing we can do about it. Not even force this bug to let squads accept more players. All squadstuff is hardcoded I'm afraid.
