Anyone else ever had this error? Just CTD'ed with this one. Never seen it before...

That sometimes happens when the system is infected with malware or spyware,
Run a scan with spybot and adaware etc,
If still no luck after that then try a reinstall of the game if your still getting it,

If it was just the once,
then it was probably just a glitch in the system and probably nothing to worry about.

Its a d3d9 error, most likely dx9 is out of date, did you just install a new game? Do you know which HK APIENTRY is calling this function in d3d9?
