PR 9.0 is not working on my PC/Fixed

I cannot even enter into the Project Reality menu...

I brought battlefield 2 complete but I only install Battlefield 2.

I upgraded battlefield 2 into 1.5 patch.

My battlefield 2 works normally.

My window version is Vista.

Could anyone help me please?
I buy the battlefield 2 because of the project reality.
