Unarmed kit has rocks

Well, the name of the thread is the idea of it...

I don't know how it would benefit the gameplay, but i think the deopped kit should have rocks aswell (as the collaborator).

Maybe to use it as a distraction or something...

No. The unarmed kit is available for ALL CONVENTIONAL FACTIONS. Why would a US Soldier drop his gun but then carry around rocks?

The drop kit isn't really meant to be part of gameplay...its to swap kits with other players afaik

Makes sense...but why doesn't it have just salute and unarmed on Insurgency? It has a cellphone too.

yea there is a fine line between drop kits usability.... it Shouldnt have any weapons / tools such as shovel / rocks / anything really... but it COULD ... then it wouldnt be Unarmed kit it would be ....... not very well equpped kit

The insurgents unarmed kit allows players who spawned with an armed kit to ditch their weapon -- after 1:30min they are 'civilians.'

Can we make it five after dropping so they can't just leave a kit on the ground, go 'civi' for a bit and them pick it back up if they didn't get shot and penalize the other team, or drop the kit to cause a penalty for a log bleed out?

Conventional army unarmed kits should not have rocks or anything that can be used in an offensive way. Totally defeats the point of the kit. It has two uses: For swapping kits obviously, and for the odd chance that someone will roleplay for a moment and not shoot you on sight. That chance will only decrease if you can actually hurt him even though you are 'unarmed'.

You cannot hurt people much with it anyway...
