Hey Triggs! It has been awhile eh..? The old DVB, boy those were the days.... we totally redifined squad play .... Yourself, NEO, Thunder, Avalon, commando.... all top notch gamers.... nothing made me happier playing against Fuzzhead and listen to him get his panties in a knot frustrated that we were owning him :p

I guess we go back as 0.3 era after Slick (rdev-slick now) introduced us to the mod after he found it...

@ Haarek84:
dude! I so remember gaming with you as well! you were a blast.

*** nonetheless, real life stuff has taken much of my time Kids (4 of them) a new gig as a watch commander for the EMS service, and home renovations have consumed much of my spare time.... Working on a brilliant map, seems to have stalled in the past few months... perhaps BF3 I'll get back into the scene more regularly..... who knows

hey triggs, i still keep up on the progress of the mod. too bad its simply not worth my time to even download the latest version. sadly gone are the days where i could spend 3 hours + on one match, now i am lucky to get a half hour here or there. and as you can see i am better off doing something more productive with my time.

wow. paramedic :o long time no see! Yeah these were the fun times. me, a.erlingsen and opteryx/guerra norte spent loads of late hours with (back in the day, this mod was named PRMM, project reality mini mod) this mod, me and a.erlingsen lived in the same apartment and guerra norte crashed on the sofa in the living room for months, playing PR :P

But Paramedic, i renember you quite well. I hope some day, we can play together again, myself have been occupied with jobs, girlfriend and such. no kids yet (not any that i know of). I guess i havent played PR since january 2007 or something on a regular basis. Maybe i should try to play tomorrow if i have time for it.

I found this sentence quite funny and since this is a war game forum I will put it here. No offense to the french just a good laugh.

the muttrah map kicked *** every time we played it, i even renember a certain soul named Rhino being a damn good squad leader back in the days. well. all of them DVB guys were. gloryhoundz ruled and almost had a legendary stature among all the players. always full 24/7.

hmm,i started play when there were maps like muttrah 1,then that desert storm map.
i really cant remember what version was it.
maybe 0.4 or 0.5 or something.

i played bf vanilla, then i get bored maps,so i started to search is there any map-packs made to it.
i founded few maps but there was not really much players.
then i found project reality.
gaming name was salkkareitten-maarit,then i changed it to butt-muscles.
and now im spade79.
and its funny that im still learning how to play this.... :D

edit:
im 30 years,so im old member :D

Started playing in .5 on Muttrah docks and al basrah. Ah the GLORY DAYS where a-10s would kill everyone at facility then kill all of their team when they went in to cap.

Heh, my first death in PR was flying in to the city on Muttrah then getting blown away on landing by 4 or more support gunners.

If by team you mean 1 or, at best, 2 incomplete infantry squads and maybe a tank

I kind of regret not playing Greasy Mullet, it looked cool but not a lot of servers ran it.

Hey Dylan, good to see you back mate :)

OP: Been playing since 0.3, started playing regularly in January 2006. Happy days indeed - I remember grabbing a SAW on Road to J'bad, sprinting to the hotel, getting killed instantly, respawning in and rushing back... took me a good few deaths to learn that PRMM was f'ing hard. Became very good at hiding and avoiding contact entirely - still one my strengths. I can go entire rounds without engaging the enemy, just run my squad dragged across maps to control points :D
