I'd go with typing as follows: A1.2 or A1k2

And state it as: Alpha one, key two.

CORRECT keypad alignment is the same as your numpad on the keyboard - and is show in grid square Alpha 1 on all PR maps ;)

"That's how it starts, Mas, with that warm happy feeling inside. Pretty soon you're rocking in the corner, a full grown dog addict, wondering where your next St Bernand is coming from..." - IAJTHOMAS
"Did they say what he's angry about?" asked Annette Mitchell, 77, of the district, stranded after seeing a double feature of "Piranha 3D" and "The Last Exorcism." - Washington Post

9 - 8 - 7
6 - 5 - 4
3 - 2 - 1

then for sub 1, imagine another grid inside the Keypad, then guess about where it would be inside that grid.
wrong, load a map and check "A1" grid, it has the keypads in it listed and its 7-8-9 etc

As you'll see, I corrected myself two posts later. I was on my laptop and didn't have visual aid available. :(

Not really acronyms, but we gave up on that after the second post.

Sniper (As in "shit, there's a sniper somewhere")= Anybody who has shot at you that you can't see.
Sniper (As in "Mitch went sniper")= teh wtfzomgbbq were gunno pwnzor dem noobs
Good job (As in "Good job squad)= You pass the bare minimum of a squad in PR but I need to congratulate you so you feel good about it.
Nice (As in "Nice...")= Your skill has surprised me, now do it again.

OVER 9000 = great amount (dragonball reference) eg. "his flying skills are OVER 9000!" translates to "he has god like flying skills"

Ah, acronyms...

The key to modernising any weapon is covering them in glue and tossing them in a barrel of M1913 rails until they look "Modern" enough.

I've definitely heard of Field Dressings as "tampons"

WOW - that, sir, blew my mind

TomDackery - doesn't exist

we need a Rudd - we need a Good SL on this team

we need a Jigsaw - above + the word epic

we need L4gi - we need miracles

I would go on with the entire PR mascots, but there's too many.

scrub = idiot/noob player, or experienced one who over time hasn't improved at all.

virgin = Virginia PR servers.

H = ]H[ servers.

360 degrees = A squad member each covering an arc, like the numbers on a clock so every direction is covered.

medic security = One player from the squad 'provide security' for the medic and his patient while they do their thing (I tend to use this alot)

engine silence (usually VH maps) = Each driver of the tank in a squad switches seats to turn off the engine, VOIP chat is also halted for 10 or so seconds as to hear enemy vehicle movement.

VH = vehicle warfare.
