I know there have been a few of these issues, but I start playing and everything is fine then I suddenly get hit by really bad lag, internet connection is good, have a low ping.
have reinstalled everything, updated drivers, anyone got any idea's

network setup (router-model, direct connection, DSL, 36k-modem, how many clients)
And a brief history before and after problem started. (Did you change anything? new drivers, new Anti-Vir...)

What you mean by "lag" (FPS decrease or connection issue, rubber banding, are you getting any warnings/error messages)?
Are you sure its only you and not the whole server, ask your team mates if they have that rubber banding too. Sometimes servers start lagging when there is a lot of vehicles (esp. aircrafts) in use.
