I was just wondering, we have gotten to 0.9 in five years now what is the next step? we are out of numbers?

1.0? imho a mod like this should never have a final version :) <3

oh it will and will continue beyond 1.0. But I feel like they need to fix important bugs and add LOADS of new stuff (like statics) cause there are vBF2 things that need to be changed (like statis) where they just kind of reuse the same things (like statics)

what you don't realise is that there is a secret plan to never reach 1.0

it'll always move closer and close to 1.0 but it'll never get there...

0.91

0.92

...

0.99

0.999

0.9999.....until we all go insane.

anybody remembering the Linux Kernel naming problem? they ended up with 0.99 Patchlevel 15 Z before reaching the magic 1.0

Think it will continue as now. Next is .95 (unless there's any patch), then the famous, (or infamous?) 1.0, then 1.1, 1.2, blah blah blah.

number is just a number its not like we are going surprise every one with fast ropes in 1.0

@ CRF, numbers may be numbers, but here's it's equivalent to Y2K, IE not important but people panic :)

The only number it shouldn't get to is 2.0 =], because that's a different game(is it not?)
